Here is where you will find your:

The app will send you reminders and notifications to keep you on track daily.

 Workout Guides:

There are 3 phases in this program. The difficulty and complexity increases with each phase as you progress, so you are always challenged and improving. The workouts require access to a gym, and include:

  • Warmup routine

  • Sets, reps, rest time

  • Form videos and break down for every exercise 

  • “Follow along” structure for every workout 

  • Form evaluation: send me videos of any and all exercises and I will give you pointers and corrective advice 

    Nutrition Guides:

    The main focus of the FFL nutrition program is mastering the habit of cooking clean meals you enjoy and understanding proper portion sizes. For each phase, you will receive a new flexible eating recipe book. As the program progresses, we will introduce you to tracking macros and how to do this effectively for your goals. Plan to be cooking 1-3x each week. 

    My recipe style includes simple, healthy twists on the foods we all love! PLUS you have lifetime access to these recipe PDFs! Some examples: tacos, pizza, fajitas, overnight oats, buffalo chicken dip, breakfast sandwiches, burrito bowls, etc. 

    Mindset and lifestyle habits:

    In addition to the physical work we will do, we will also focus on developing habits that help you become more productive, confident, and mentally healthy. We will be using the “habit stacking” method to help you truly adapt to this new lifestyle and stick to it after the program! 

    For example: 1 hr self care on Sundays, reading a specific personal development book, doing a blue light detox before bed, etc. 

    Consistent accountability:

    Throughout the duration of the program there will be a group chat where everyone is encouraged to share struggles, success, questions, and most importantly hold each other accountable. Both coaches will take turns doing team accountability check-ins 3x a week as well as 1:1 check-ins at the end of each phase.

    The investment and expectations:

    This will be discussed on our opportunity call, we will go over your investment and expectations of me, as well as mine for you.
